Frequently Asked Questions
Relax & Flow Room from €1,300 (net), Conference Session from €2,000 (net). Tech modules S/M/L (sound, lamps, decoration, deck chairs) bookable at €380 / €600 / €1,150. Travel costs from Hamburg/Berlin separate (€0.40/km, for >400km train/flight + overnight stays).
Relax & Flow Room: 10–60 people. Conference / On Stage: 20–500, more after individual consultation. Online: scales freely.
On-site: nothing — we bring equipment, headphones and setup. Online: browser + headphones, no download needed.
20 min live session, optionally 1–3× per event. Conference Keynote: 15–45 min. We adapt the timing to your event schedule.
